Refund Policy for Pro Damascus:
At Pro Damascus, we take great pride in the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we stand behind our products with confidence. However, we understand that sometimes things happen, and you may need to return or exchange your product. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your options.

Return & Exchange Policy for Steel Products:
We only accept returns on steel products if they are damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective knife, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt to request a refund or exchange. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

Please note that we do not accept returns on steel products for any other reason. Our Pro Damascus designs and holders are proprietary property, and we take measures to protect them from being stolen or reproduced. Once you purchase a Pro Damascus knife, you own it, and we cannot accept returns for any other reason than damage or defect.

Return & Exchange Policy for Leather Products:
We are happy to accept returns and refunds for our leather products, subject to the following conditions:

- Defective items: If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt to request a refund or exchange. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

- Wrong items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt to request a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original and unused condition, and in their original box and packing.

- Change of mind: We do not allow refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

- Size issue: We do not allow refunds or exchanges for size issues. It is your responsibility to check the size guide on each product page before purchasing.

- Condition of item: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. We are not able to accept returns on any products that have been opened or used.

- Shipping charges: Any paid shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Description accuracy: Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. While every step has been taken to ensure that we ship the correct item, there may be occasions when you receive items that are different from the description. In such cases, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation.

Items to be returned/refunded must be returned in saleable condition in order to receive a full refund. To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

- Have your original order number ready.

- When your return is approved, we will email you with further instructions.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Custom & Personalized Orders:
Custom and personalized orders are deemed final sale and are not able to be returned or refunded. Full payment is required for custom orders.

Discounted & Sale Items:
Discounted and sale items are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation:
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
