Shipping Policy for Pro Damascus:
At Pro Damascus, we strive to ensure that your package is delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. To achieve this, we have established the following shipping policy:

Address Information:
To ensure timely delivery, it is crucial that you enter your address correctly and include all necessary information such as street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable). Please note that we will not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

International Shipments:
For international shipments, the consignee/buyer will be responsible for importing the goods and paying the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods. The consignee authorizes Pro Damascus to import the goods on their behalf and agrees that we may delegate this obligation to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker).

Processing Time:
All orders are subject to processing time, which is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination. Standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can take up to 4 business days, expedited orders can take up to 3 business days, and rush orders can take up to 1 business day to process. Please note that these estimates do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Timelines:
The shipping method selected and final destination of the order will determine the shipping timeline, which may take 1-12 business days from the date of shipment for US destinations. We will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations, with alternative carriers selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. Your final shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout point.

Shipping Fees:
All shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Pro Damascus, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the cost of returning the package to us. We do not offer expedited shipping to PO Boxes.

Delivery Policy:
If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reship. Please note that we do not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery Claims:
We will work with you to complete the claims process in the event of lost or missing packages. However, please note that claims can take up to 30 days to complete, depending on the shipping carrier used. Pro Damascus does not issue refunds or credits for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Out of Stock Items:
If your order includes multiple items and one or more of the items are out of stock, we will ship the rest of your order and issue a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping:
To protect our customers, Pro Damascus reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided. We also reserve the right to limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to potential fraudulent or criminal activity or an irregular or excessive returns history involving used, worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
