Return and Exchange Policy:
At Pro Damascus, we stand behind the quality of our products and we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return or exchange a product, please read our policies below.

Return Policy:
We accept returns on steel only if the product is damaged or defective. All other products, including Damascus designs and holders, cannot be returned. Once you have possession of our proprietary products, the pattern and designs could be stolen or reproduced. We take the protection of our intellectual property seriously and require all customers to accept this policy.

We are happy to return and refund Leather products. If you receive a defective item, you can request a refund or exchange for a new one within 7 days of receiving the product. If you receive a wrong item, the item must be returned in its original and unused condition, in its original box and packing. We do not allow refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind or size issue. Please check the size guide on each product page before making your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used. Any paid shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please read the product description carefully before making your purchase. In the event that you receive an item that is different from the description, please contact us immediately so that we can remedy the situation.

Items to be returned/refunded must be returned in saleable condition in order to receive a full refund. To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Have your original order number ready.
  2. Contact our Customer Service 24/7 by email at 
  3. When your return is approved, we will email you with instructions on how to proceed.
  4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Custom and personalized (engraved) items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Full payment is required for custom orders. Discounted and sale items are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation Policy:
